Chalsie Jolie

THIS CHICK IS HOTT!!!! Every time I post a pic of her on my facebook page, the comments and "likes" just flow right on in like a tornado!!! Within less than two days over 107 people have either commented or "liked" her new pic. Our phones stayed alerting us with new comments and friend requests. She later told me that she got an outstanding 100 F.R. (friend requests) just this weekend. Anyway, enough bragging. Great friend and model!!! Here is the pic.
This is the first image in my new series called "Sleepless Nights: DREAMS AND NIGHTMARES".

It is my photography and art as seen through a dream and nightmare state of mind. It's about to be crazy.

Jad Davis Dec. 27 2010 Photo Shoot

After almost a year of waiting for the right time to shoot we finally got our schedules together to make this happen. With the help of make-up artist, Amy Chan, a great shoot was made. Jad came in with a great personality and spirit and was ready to work and that he did. Here is one of the shots from the shoot. Within hours of the posting on Facebook, my phone rang with notification after notification with somebody either liking the pic or with a comment. We did A GREAT JOB. This picture looks so much like an AD, it's crazy!!!

I Love You "B.G." music visual Concept art

This is the concept art for my newest music visual. I am still in the lab working on the animation but I finally have a look that I am happy with so I just wanted to share it with everybody. And I guess you can see the title that I am using. I might change it but for now this is what I'm running with.

I'm still putting the visuals together in my head but I'm thinking that this is going to be the main promo pic for the new music visual. Why did I pick a chalkboard? I guess for two reasons.

1. When you write something on a chalkboard, you are expected to have everyone's attention.

2. I wanted to use a phrase that was questionable. "What's going on in his life that made him write that and who is "B.G."

This new music visual won't be just one environment of graphics. I want to take the viewer to different places to paint this visual.

After showing some of my friends the final piece in a personal private pre-screening, some of the responses I've received have been.....

Friend one.

It looks as though the blue particles are in a relationship in the beginning and here comes the yellow as a distraction to the relationship and the red is the ending of the relationship that wipes everything out.

Friend two is a diver

The blue particles looks like the air she is breathing and the yellow are fish behind her that she can't see and the red is danger that eliminates everything in it's way.

I kind of agree with the first friend. When I was making this visual, I just wanted to show my interpretation of the music I saw in my head and share it with everybody. When looking at the piece now, I do see a good relationship that becomes tainted with distraction and eventually becomes extinct. It's sad but beautiful at the same time. Don't you just love art? :D

i AM a music visual (Still Image)

I am a little bit late with posting this because this was the teaser photo to the music visual called "i AM" I had been working on. This is the second video I have been working on since my decision to take a break from the photography game. I really didn't like the way I was going about my business and the way I was getting off track from my soul purpose of doing this "ART THING". I just wanted to look at it from another perspective and just be ME without having to depend on models coming in late for shoots or canceling. i AM an artist until the end and I really feel that I don't deserve to be put into one category and this the truth to my reason. BELIEVE IT!!!
